EP/A has had a long and rewarding relationship with the City of Charleston and has been privileged to participate in much of the rebirth of its urban core. Working in such a historically significant setting was both a challenge and inspiration.  EP/A provided streetscape design, landscape design, and planning services for Charleston Place and the adjacent streetscapes on King St., Meeting St., and Market Street for the City of Charleston and Mayor Joseph P. Riley.  This landmark project and the Waterfront Park in which EP/A was also involved were the catalyst for the downtown revival that has made Charleston one of the premier destinations in America.
