Tradition Hilton Head is a 5,300 acre master planned community divided into two phases of development. Phase One of this project is 2,218 acres consisting of a commercial village on Highway 278, a primary entrance and spine road, a golf course with residential, an active adult residential village and a mixed-use residential village. The primary village center will center around convenience retail, a comprehensive exercise/recreation center, and a fine arts center. In this case, the client’s mission is to create a self-sustaining, vibrant community where people live, work and play. Phase Two of the project is 3,031 acres consisting of residential villages, two additional commercial and residential villages on Highway 278, a secondary entry road, a regional park and a public school site. The community will be reminiscent of "Main Street, Small Town, U.S.A.," where community spirit runs high and small town charm is abundant.
