The Conceptual Master Plan for the Ritz Carlton at Amelia Island illustrates how this successful, prestigious hotel-resort plans to improve its facilities and to continue positioning itself as a premier destination resort. The master plan encompasses every part of the property and, in addition to providing for new activities, it improves existing facilities for more attractive, efficient and cost effective operations. The existing architectural character as well the landscape will be redesigned to provide more regional character and reflect the uniqueness of their guests’ expectations in terms of activities and atmosphere. The proposed master plan and detailed recommendations were enthusiastically received in a working meeting that included the five top executives of the company.
